MEL RETURNS

Little Mel is seen here with the look of confidence and Oneness! His extended stay in the Jungles of Tibet, have transformed him to what you see here. Tranquility, maturity and a new outlook on life.

This was a candid shot of Mel as he arrived home in a protective crate. He will unpack and set up house before he answers questions from his public.

SABBATICAL & RESPITE

Until further notice, Mel is on sabbatical in the deepest darkest jungles of Southern Tibet. Here Mel will strive to obtain "Oneness and Enlightenment".

RAPTURE OR MEL

Recent encounters with the wild things in Mels life have sparked an interest in the origin of life. Mel pictured here has been rubbing elbows with a bird of another feather. Mistress Falcon.

Mel says," To coin a phrase, Birds of a feather, .....flock together! They are never seen at the Black Kettle shaped Outback!"

WILL NOT ACCEPT DEFEAT

With a new determination, Mel tells the world that he will NOT accept defeat! There is no room in his life for anything but success.

The opinions of others will be set aside for further assessment at a later date.

Mel knows what is right and will strive to do just that.

Mel knows whom he can trust, whom he can't, And why he shouldn't Take it personally.

Mel has feeling of control over his destiny...

Mel has a friend who always makes him Laugh... And one Who lets him cry... Mel can do good things and be proud.

Mel says,"I wish the best for everyone. My success is in no way inhibiting others from their success. "

FILLED WITH CONFIDENCE

Mel is full, with the power to continue his life filled with the knowledge that he is on the right path.
A path to freedom from persecution, mistrust, dishonesty and integration . Mel is confident that his life will only get better from this point on.

Looking around to find the way out,

Mel says,"Was there anything that I could have missed here?"

TRANSFORMATION

Mel feels a warm soothing wave of confidence pass over him. He feels good, like a warm light has settled within him. A feeling that he should continue to stand up for what he feels is right.

Mel says,"Glamour will be my new disguise."

AUDIENCE WITH THE POPE

Mel is granted an audience with His-Majesty the Pope.
Seen here, the Pope is intensely listening to Mel's situation. Reassuring as the Pope looks, Mel is still skeptical about the outcome of his future. Mel does all the talking and the Pope just listens.

Mel says,"Does this relationship seem one sided?"

PARANOIA OR CONSPIRACY

Mel felt the need to get some advice from the Pope. He travels to what he considers Rome to seek out the Pontifical wisdom of words. But before he can ask for an audience with Pope Peter-John-Paul-Mary (Jefferson Airplane's?), he hears something that has him wondering if capture is close at hand.

Mel says,"If only I had taken a different route!"

STANDING FIRM

Mel stands firm on his decision to remain at-large. Getting to a high spot in the yard, gives Mel an advantage. Mel can see all sides. Hopeful that some day Mel's point of view will be taken into consideration.

Mel says,

"My head's on the block now. Only the higher powers that be can save me."

TIME TO GET TOUGH

Mel makes a break for it. He is able to release himself from the bondage of bars and is found standing on a Rhubarb leaf with a stern look on his face!

Mel says,"Looks like I am going to be on the lamb from the justice department for the rest of my life."

LOOKING FOR A WAY OUT

Mel, wants to find a way out of this situation. Contacting his agent has not produced results. Mel does not think singing the blues will help, but will give it a try.

Mel says,"The key to ones success is
in this grass some where."

POLITICALLY INCORRECT

Mel, pictured here, has been incarcerated.

Mel feels he has been unduly accused. There has been an infarction and infringement of his civil rights.

(infarction-as in myocardial)

Apparently, speaking ones peace to the world is not with out consequences.

Mel says,"With time, comes healing and hopefully,.... The Full Meal Deal!"

PUBESCENCE

Mel is back to the farm. Carries with him the knowledge that all chickens were created equally. That family sticks together through thick and thin. That a chickens word is honor, integrity, and truth. That to help your neighbor is to help your self. That there is such a thing as KARMA. What goes around comes around. That age is no excuse for rudeness. That sometimes ya just have to let it go.


Mel says,"Life, is a hard lesson to learn!"

SEARCHING FOR THE TRUTH

Sister Melba Mel finds that the life of a nun is not all that it is made out to be. There are so many chores. Scrubbing the rectory floors with a tooth brush was just to much.

Mel wants to go home and continue to participate with life on the farm. Hazardous as it may seem anything would be better than wearing a habit!

Mel says,"Doesn't the back of my head look lovely?"

LISTEN UP !

Mel wants to make it perfectly clear that he is NOT going to accept ANY invitations for dinner, lunch or breakfast from ANY one!

Mel says,"I have found my calling. I am going to become a NUN."

MEL-BA TOAST ?

Mel takes the indirect approach by looking between his legs to scare off the toast. Mel suspects that a turn for the worse(not liver-worse either) is about to happen!

Mel says,"Keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer!"

MODEL SHOOT - TAP DANCE

After posing for the Slim-N-Trim, Mel's notoriety has caught the eye of other potential advertisers. This was taken for an ad to promote EGGzotic Dance.

Mel says, "As long as I don't have to do ballet. I am NOT wearing a tutu!

Mel has gotten a job with a model company. It does not have anything to do with food marketing. He is pleased to be working with this company.

Mel checks out his new friend. Not sure as to what it is, Mel is careful not to wake it.

It looks as though Mel's agent has sent another food product for Mel to test out. Mel may be looking for another agent soon if things don't change.

Mel is calling his agent to report the abusive ad types sent his way. Mel wants to start a new line of advertising in the line of peaceful slow lane life styles.

ANOTHER PLOT TO OPPRESS THE CHICKEN

Mel is beginning to realize that the world outside is not ready for his kind. (not that he knows what that is yet) Mel is surprised by what he hears within the chicken nuggets at his/her feet.

Mel says,"One should protect one's friends. Don't let chicken nuggets become scrambled."

MEL IN MORNING

Two of the Three Amigos passed over last night. Mel is saddened but knows they are in a better place now. 07-17-2006 to 07-21-2006

Mel says, "I am putting my best foot forward with A1 Steak Sauce!"

FLOATING IS GOOD

I still have no idea as to what I am doing.

BREAKING NEWS - FROM THE CHICKEN YARD

July 15, 2006 - Mel's Birth in progress

This is little Mel on his/her birth. Only hours into this world. I am glad to say that Mel, HAS bones! Only Hairy Potter will understand this one.

Mel's parents live in a modest chicken community. Mel's mom and aunt were arguing over who Mel belonged to and in the squabble, Mel was cast out of the nest.

Upon hearing Mel's desperate peeps for help, I rushed to the nesting area and scooped up the little helpless critter.
